STEP 3 - SLEEP
Sleep normally for 1-2 nights

Place the device 2–3 feet from your bed, plug it in, and go to sleep as you normally would. The sensor monitors your breathing rate, apnea events, oxygen saturation patterns, and sleep stages throughout the night — contactlessly.
