Remful provides a telehealth-facilitated at-home sleep apnea testing service. Our platform connects patients with board-certified sleep physicians who review assessment data, order FDA-approved home sleep test (HST) devices, interpret results, and provide treatment recommendations. This is a self-pay service and does not currently accept insurance.

Our service is designed to diagnose obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults who do not have significant cardiorespiratory or neuromuscular comorbidities. It is not appropriate for all patients — the reviewing physician will determine clinical appropriateness.

To use Remful, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of a U.S. state where we provide services
• Have a valid email address and the ability to use a smartphone or computer
• Not currently be on supplemental oxygen or have severe cardiopulmonary disease (these conditions require in-lab testing)
• Be willing to provide accurate and complete health information

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual whose clinical profile is not appropriate for at-home testing, as determined by our reviewing physicians.

Remful is not a substitute for in-person medical care. Our platform is designed to provide physician-ordered home sleep testing for the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any other medical condition.

The physicians on our platform exercise independent medical judgment. Remful does not practice medicine and is not responsible for any clinical decisions made by the reviewing physicians.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use this platform for urgent or emergency care.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when using our platform, including your health history, symptoms, and personal details. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in an inappropriate clinical assessment and could harm your health. It may also result in suspension of your account.

The current price for a complete Remful home sleep test is $349, which includes the physician assessment review, the home sleep test device (shipped to your door), return shipping, and physician interpretation of results with a written report.

Payment is due prior to shipment of your test kit. All transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.

The home sleep test device shipped to you remains the property of our fulfillment partner until received by the lab. You agree to:

• Use the device only as instructed in the included guide and instructional videos
• Return the device within 14 days of receipt using the prepaid return label provided
• Not tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair the device
• Not use the device for anyone other than yourself

Lost or damaged devices due to patient negligence may be subject to a replacement fee of up to $150.

Home sleep tests are clinically validated for diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea in adults without significant comorbidities. However, HSTs have known limitations:

• HSTs may underestimate the severity of sleep apnea compared to in-lab polysomnography (PSG)
• HSTs cannot detect all sleep disorders — only OSA-related metrics are captured
• A negative or inconclusive HST result does not rule out all sleep disorders
• If OSA is suspected but the HST is negative, an in-lab study may be recommended

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and clinical tools — is the property of Remful and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including reliance on test results or physician recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, on an individual basis (not as a class action).

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
