Questions
Things people ask us
Is this as accurate as a sleep lab?
The WatchPAT One uses peripheral arterial tone (PAT) technology to measure sleep stages, respiratory events, and oxygen levels. Clinical studies show it performs comparably to in-lab polysomnography for diagnosing OSA, and it is FDA-cleared for home sleep testing.
How does the WatchPAT One work?
The device wraps around your wrist like a watch and includes a finger probe. It records heart rate, oxygen saturation, actigraphy, and PAT signal throughout the night. You simply put it on before bed and take it off in the morning — no wires or technician required.
Can I use my HSA or FSA Card
Yes. Sleep apnea testing qualifies as a medical expense under IRS guidelines. Use your HSA or FSA debit card directly at checkout, or pay with any card and request a reimbursement receipt after purchase.
What happens if I test positive for sleep apnea?
Your physician-reviewed report includes diagnosis details and recommended next steps. Most patients use their Remful report to begin CPAP therapy through their primary care physician. We can also cc your PCP on your results if you provide their details.
